As a La Vida Llena Independent Living resident, you’ll have guaranteed access to the full Continuum of Care with virtually no increase* to your Monthly Fee. When you choose our Life Care contract, your estate won’t be depleted by the rising cost of long-term care, since it is prearranged and available at predictable prices well below the market rate. And our care is comprehensive. You’ll have access to Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, Short-Term Care, and Long-Term Nursing (as well as Rehabilitation and Hospice, which are separate from the Life Care contract). So whether you need a helping hand or longer-term assistance, we’ve got you covered.

• Priority access to licensed healthcare services, should you ever need them
• Healthcare services provided on campus

 

There’s no need to be separated from your spouse if one or both of you need different levels of care. Our convenient on-site care communities allow couples to stay on campus and continue to live The Full Life, no matter what level of care they (or their loved one) is receiving.

Plus, you’re guaranteed access to services even if financial resources or retirement savings are exhausted, taking away any worry of losing access to care or putting financial strain on your family. This is thanks to the non-profit Full Life Foundation, established by Very Reverend John Haverland, which guarantees these funds.

You enjoy your lifestyle and use of our services at La Vida Llena even if you are no longer able to pay the Monthly Service Fee through no fault of your own.

 

We offer a range of entrance fee options designed to fit your financial needs while preserving your estate for your family. Our flexible contract choices allow you to select the best plan for your long-term goals.

• The Traditional Plan requires the lowest upfront investment. If you choose to move from the community, you may receive a partial refund of your original entrance fee based on your length of residency.
• The 50% Refundable Plan guarantees that at least 50% of your initial entrance fee will be refunded to you or your estate, regardless of how long you reside at La Vida Llena. This refund applies once the residency agreement ends and certain financial obligations have been fulfilled, offering added peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
